    Which window system is best for my home?

    The right system depends on your priorities. For the optimal price-quality ratio, we recommend the STANDARD system. If silence, energy saving and modern materials are more important to you, ELITE and EVOLUX ARTEVO offer superior thermal and sound insulation. In any case, we are here to help you make a smart choice – tailored to your space and budget.

    Do PVC windows come in colors other than white?

    Yes – white is not the only option. Our PVC systems are available in over 200 colors and textures thanks to KALEIDO COLOR technology: from anthracite and wood decor to elegant aluminum finishes. You choose the look, we guarantee the quality.

    How long does window installation take?

    Installation of classic windows in an average residential building usually takes 1 to 2 days. For more complex solutions (sliding, panoramic, security systems), the installation time may be longer – but we always work quickly, neatly and professionally.

    Which windows have the best thermal insulation?

    Our systems with triple glazing and seven-chamber profiles such as ELITE or EVOLUX ARTEVO, reach Uw values of up to 0.82 W/m²K – ideal for low-energy and passive buildings.

    Does your carpentry have burglary protection?

    Yes. All our systems can be equipped with security fittings with RC2 or RC3 protection levels, and EVOLUX ARTEVO also offers Smart Guard – active burglary detection before it occurs.

    What is the difference between PVC and aluminum windows?

    PVC systems provide better insulation and are more economical for residential buildings. Aluminum is an excellent choice for large dimensions and modern design – durable, strong and visually elegant.

    Do you offer a guarantee and service?

    Of course. We offer a multi-year guarantee on all our windows and doors. Also, our service team is at your disposal – for all questions, gasket replacement, adjustments or interventions.

    How do I get an offer and do your technicians come to the field?

    You can request an offer by phone, e-mail or online form, with basic measurements and information about the desired elements.

    If you accept the offer, our technician comes to the field to perform precise measurements, based on which the carpentry is later made. Field visits are free in many cases – depending on the location and scope of work.

    What is the delivery time for carpentry?

    After the final measurement, the standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks. For specific requests (non-standard colors, safety glass, sliding systems), the deadline may be 6-8 weeks from the date of taking precise measurements.

    What time does the technician come for measurement or installation?

    You arrange the measurement or installation appointment with your project representative. Although the exact time depends on the dynamics on the field, our team always contacts you by phone beforehand – to confirm the arrival and ensure that everything suits you.
